To provide our service, you authorise LumiGEO to access and scan the websites you add to your account. We collect page content, metadata, technical SEO signals, and structured data in order to generate and deploy fixes on your behalf.
We automatically collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, scan history, and fix deployment logs. This data helps us improve the product and diagnose issues.
If you contact us via email or our contact form, we retain the contents of that communication to respond to you and improve our support.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 60 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
Scan history and fix deployment logs are retained for 12 months by default. You can delete individual scans or request full data deletion at any time.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
