Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LumiGEO (the "Service"), operated by Edisyn Pty Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

LumiGEO is a software-as-a-service platform that scans websites for SEO and GEO issues, generates fixes, and optionally deploys those fixes to connected content management systems. Features and functionality may change at any time with reasonable notice.

Accounts

You must create an account to use LumiGEO. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at security@lumigeo.com.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Auto-Deploy Feature

LumiGEO's auto-deploy feature modifies content and metadata on websites you connect. By enabling this feature, you:

  • Confirm you have the right and authority to make changes to the connected website
  • Accept that changes are made at your direction and at your risk
  • Acknowledge that LumiGEO provides a one-click rollback function and maintains an audit log, but is not responsible for any unintended consequences of deployed changes

We strongly recommend reviewing generated fixes before approving deployment, particularly for production websites.

Prohibited Use

You may not use LumiGEO to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or index third-party websites without authorisation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Resell or sub-license the Service without prior written agreement

Intellectual Property

LumiGEO and all associated software, design, and content are owned by Edisyn Pty Ltd. You retain ownership of all content on your website. By connecting your site, you grant us a limited licence to access and process that content solely to provide the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edisyn Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount you paid us during that period.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 60 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
